CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AT RISK
Evergreen delivers projects within a timeline and guaranteed maximum price. Before construction begins, we work with the Owner and Architect during design by providing budget pricing, cost analysis and constructability reviews, keeping the design within the established project cost. This approach takes control of cost and schedule early on in the project. In the design phase, we serve as the Owner’s expert on costs, schedule, and impact of alternative designs, systems and materials. Collaboration is always important—we approach projects as a partner with the design team and Owner.
